What do VR learners achieve?

How do we achieve a VR experience?

How do VR learners react? What are the experiences of VR learning?

The workstream:
The learner is in a virtual office, talking to a group of virtual characters who are sitting at the conference table on behalf of their TGC colleagues or taking part in a telephone video conference. VirtualReality VirtualReality
As a manager, you play yourself while conducting a professional conversation with different characters. In the dialog, you speak aloud from a list of options.

The microphone of the head-mounted display collects the results:
The head-mounted display's microphone records the spoken choices, and a voice-to-text service matches the spoken words to the option. The virtual human characters then react to what the learner says. Through the various options, behaviors identified as key learning points of the curriculum are observed and practiced in the learning process.
The simulation creates a more realistic and conversational experience. The desired behavior is unconsciously reinforced.
